About Michael W. Haynes
Mike was raised in Butte, Montana and graduated from Butte High School. He enjoys skiing, fishing, biking, golfing, and spending time at the lake with his wife and three children.
Mike received his bachelor’s degree from Montana Tech in 2009 and his Juris Doctor from the University of Montana School of Law in 2013.
Mike is a member of the Montana Bar Association, Montana Trial Lawyers Association, American Bar Association, Silver Bow Bar Association (current Secretary), and American Association for Justice, and is a board member for the Federal Bar Association Montana Chapter.
Mike’s practice focuses on personal injury, automobile accidents, truck accidents, motorcycle accidents, pedestrian accidents, dog bites, slip/trip and fall accidents, wrongful death, and insurance claims.
Mike has been recognized as “20 Under 40” (2021) and Board Member of the Year from Big Brothers Big Sisters of Butte (2017) and received an Appreciation Award for his outstanding service to Big Brothers Big Sisters of Butte (2022).
