About Saidee M. Johnston

Saidee was born and raised in Butte, Montana and is a second-generation Butte lawyer. Saidee spent several years coaching junior high sports, which she greatly enjoyed, but she now spends her free time reading and enjoying time with her family and friends. Saidee and her husband have one son together.

Saidee received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Liberal Studies from the University of Montana in 2012, graduating with honors and the University Scholar Designation. She received her Juris Doctor from the University of Montana School of Law in 2015.

Saidee is a member of the Montana Bar Association (former Area C Trustee), Montana Trial Lawyers Association, American Bar Association, and Silver Bow Bar Association (current Vice President).

Saidee’s practice focuses on personal injury, automobile accidents, truck accidents, motorcycle accidents, pedestrian accidents, dog bites, slip/trip and fall accidents, wrongful death, and insurance claims.

Saidee has been recognized as “20 Under 40” (2022) and Best of Butte Favorite Attorney (2021). Saidee received a Distinguished Service Award from the Montana Bar for her contributions to the board of trustees (2024).
